Where can I find my downloads?
When you purchase a product from the store at PLR Content Studio, you'll be asked to set up an account. You can find all your products in the “Your PLR Products” section under “My accounts” page (make sure that you are logged into your account first) and you can access this any time.
You'll also receive an email with a link to your download to the email address you provided when you purchased your product.
How do I download my PLR content product?
Download your product using these steps:
1) Right-click the download link.
2) Select “Save Target As…” (for Internet Explorer) or “Save Link As..” (Mozilla Firefox).
A download screen will appear asking you where you want to save the file to on your computer.
3) Select where you wish to save the file (typically the desktop or ‘My Documents’) and save to your computer.
Important! Many of our products contain items that are large, therefore we compress them into zip files.
How do I open my Zip file?
Here's how to open a zip file…
Many computers will have a built-in unzip program. To use it:
1) Once your file is downloaded, right-click the file
2) Select “Open With” and choose “Compressed (zipped) folders”.
A dialogue box will open with the folder inside.
3) Click the folder ONCE to select it
4) Then go to “File” –> “Extract All” and follow the rest of the steps in the dialogue box.
If you don’t have a built-in program, there are many available online for free. You can try 7zip or Zip Genius.
Troubleshooting your downloaded product…
Many of our products are large or have multiple components. Sometimes the folders do not download fully for various reasons. When this happens your files may not open properly.
To save yourself some time and effort, delete the original unsuccessful download, download the zip folders again. Make sure they downloaded completely and unzip the folder again. Once unzipped, check the files. If the files still do not open correctly, please contact us by submitting a support ticket and giving as much information and detail as possible.
I can't open the file
Some of our files are created using Microsoft Word. If you can't open the document, don't panic. There are a few things you can do to troubleshoot the problem and save yourself some time.
Re-download the product from your account – A partially downloaded file is often the problem.
Make sure your version of Word (OpenOffice or whatever you are using to open doc files) is up to date and can open both .doc and docx.
If these tips don't fix things for you, please contact us giving as much detail as possible.
The download file is empty
Did you download a zip file but the folder seems to be empty? This happens when a zip file doesn't download completely. Since some of our files have multiple components or are large, it may take a few extra minutes to fully download.
To solve this – rename the partially downloaded file on your computer. Log in to your account and download again.
Problems Unzipping Files with WinZip (Windows)
If you are using Windows, many people report having problems with WinZip and unzipping your files, so we recommend using 7Zip, which is free and you'll find here. Please make sure you use version 9.20 or newer.
Can I get a refund?
If a product purchased is not to your satisfaction, you can request a refund within 30 days of receipt, by submitting a support ticket requesting a refund.
In such event, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price or credit for other purchases from the site.
Where can I find invoices for my purchases?
You can download your invoices in the “My accounts” page (make sure that you are logged into your account first).

Q: What is PLR Content?
PLR is short for Private label rights (PLR). PLR content is content that you can re-brand and use as your own. Sometimes, PLR content is called “White Label Content”, “Readymade Content”, or “Done-For-You Content”. If you’re not sure about what rights come with your PLR content, ask the seller. We’ll be happy to help you.

Q: Wouldn't it be plagiarizing or copying to use this content?
No. Private label rights content is created with the understanding that customers will use it on their own website, in their marketing materials or in their own products. Many PLR content sellers are delighted to come across their material on other websites.
Q: Can I put my name as the author on the PLR content I buy?
Yes, you can. PLR providers give you this right when you buy the content.
However, some buyers feel uncomfortable doing this. If that’s the case for you, there are other ways to present the material without claiming authorship. For example, you could say “With [Your Name]” or “Insights by [Your Name]” or “Introduction by [Your Name]” or “Edited by [Your Name]”. All of these options allow you to brand the material as your own without expressly stating that you wrote it.
Q: What about ‘duplicate content’ issues with search engines?
‘Duplicate content’ became a concern a few years ago when spammers would attempt to trick the search engines into ranking websites by creating 100’s of website pages on a single site with ALL pages having the exact same content. This resulted in a poor quality site that offered no value to users.
Search engines consider “duplicate content” to be websites that have the same content repeated on multiple pages for the sole purpose of getting traffic. If your website has the same PLR content as another site, search engines won’t care. That’s not considered duplicate content and it won’t hurt your ranking or the other website owners. Think of using PLR content more like TV show syndication – a TV show can appear on multiple TV channels across the globe.
Q: How can PLR help me grow my mailing list?
You can use PLR to create multiple opt-in gifts. If you have multiple opt-in areas on your website, then you’ll get more subscribers for your mailing list. The more your mailing list grows, the more people you have to share your products and services with. Your subscribers win because they accessed great content. Q: Can I sell the PLR content I buy to others?
Yes. You can take PLR content and sell it to your customers, but only for their personal use. You CANNOT take PLR and sell it to your customers as PLR. That’s because your customers don’t have permission to change or edit the PLR content. Only you, the original buyer, has that right.
Q: What are some ways to repurpose PLR content?
You can take most written PLR content and turn it into other formats like video and audio. You could take a PLR article on the benefits of eating whole grains and turn it into a Facebook Live video. You could use a PLR report about the vegetarianism as content for your latest podcast episodes.
Keep in mind you can also use PLR content as content upgrades. If you bought a PLR blog post on the topic of overcoming insomnia, you could create a bedtime checklist as an upgrade. Invite your visitors to download the checklist by subscribing to your mailing list.
Q: Can I publish PLR content in a Kindle Book?
Unfortunately, no. Publishing an eBook containing private label rights content is against Amazon’s terms of service. This is because Amazon wants the books on their website to be 100% unique content. If you try to upload PLR content, you may have your account banned and not be allowed to publish any of your future books through the Amazon Kindle program.
Q: Can I mix different PLR content together?

You can use PLR content to create a sales funnel that your customers can travel through. Post PLR content to social media so visitors come to your website. On your website, you can post PLR on your blog and entice visitors to sign up for your mailing list.
Then you can create an autoresponder series from PLR that promotes your latest product or service. PLR is a fantastic way to quickly create multiple products and build highly responsive mailing lists.
Q: Is there such a thing as audio and video PLR?
Yes! PLR Content comes in a variety of formats. When it comes to purchasing audio or video PLR Content, always get a sample first. Q: How do I know the PLR content I want to buy is fresh?
Sign up and join mailing lists for the various PLR sellers that you like. Many of these providers email their list as soon as they have a new product releasing.
